Due to an early deadline, this week’s column only covers Nov. 7-11. Police are still trying to locate the families of the two unnamed victims murdered Nov. 2.
Monday, Nov. 7
10:16 p.m. Police officers were called to the 2000 block of East 31st Street in Northeast Baltimore to assist paramedics. When they arrived a woman was standing on the front porch screaming that her husband was lying on the floor inside the house, bleeding. Corey Wyatt, a 28-year-old African-American man, had been shot several times and collapsed in the foyer of his home. He was dead. The back door of the house had been broken in, and shell casings littered the first floor.
Thursday, Nov. 10
8:27 p.m. Michael Bryant, a 22-year-old African-American man from East Baltimore, was shot to death a few blocks from the Rotunda shopping center in Hampden. Police found Bryant lying in the street in the 500 block of Craycombe Avenue by Wyman Park. He had been shot repeatedly in the head.
