A resident of Fells Point tells us that a war on poop has broken out near the corner of Wolfe and Fleet streets. A man who lives in the area, she says, is angry that an anonymous dog walker has been letting his pooch leave behind crap deposits underneath a tree outside his house. The frustrated resident started posting a series of signs on the tree, expressing anger at the deviant dog walker's actions. This mystery pooper reportedly responded to the signs by leaving little flags bearing the likeness of George W. Bush in the piles of poop. The man putting up the angry anti-poop signs, our neighborhood informant tells us, is a Bush supporter.
