The Kominas at 2640 Red Emma's

The Kominas perform Aug. 23 at Red Emma's 2640 (aka St. John's Church) in Charles Village. The show, organized by Red Emma's, also featured Dead Bhuttos, Vote Hezbollah, al-Thawra, and Omar Waqar, formerly of Washington-based Diacritica. The show was emcee'd by Michael Muhammad Knight, a progressive Muslim activist/writer.
