What's the 311?

An Occasional Look At What People in The City Are Complaining About

By Chris Landers | Posted 12/24/2008

311 calls for the Rat Rubout squad during the calendar year ending last month.

Standard Disclaimer: What's The 311 is based on data from the Mayor's Office of Information Technology (currently from Sept. 20, 2005 until November 30, 2008). It has been folded, spindled, and mutilated along the way, and no attempt has been made to verify the information reported by the callers. By the way, that's at least 8,000 rats.
