Monday, Aug. 10
5:40 a.m. Thomas Medley, a 32-year-old African-American man, left his home in the 200 block of Herring Court just outside of the Fells Point neighborhood. He was with a group of people. Someone approached and shot him several times. Medley tried to run, but collapsed in the block. None of the people he was with were shot. A police officer around the corner heard the gunshots and responded to the scene, which was in the Perkins Homes public-housing complex. Medley was taken to a nearby hospital, but died about 15 minutes later.
Tuesday, Aug. 11
11:15 p.m. Gregory Wilson, a 20-year-old African-American man, was shot in the head in the 1400 block of North Lakewood Avenue in Berea near the Baltimore Cemetery. He was taken to a local hospital, but was dead by midnight.

A Baltimore City Grand Jury indicted two people for the murder of Tavon Walker, a 28-year-old African-American man. Walker was shot and killed in the 2100 block of Brighton Street near Carver Vocational-Technical High School on June 29. Quinard Henson, a 26-year-old African-American man, and Ray Lee, a 22-year-old African-American man, were indicted by a grand jury on Aug. 10 for Walker's murder.
