What's the 311?

Between November 2007 and September 2009, there were almost 1,000 311 complaints about Baltimore bars that were forwarded to the city Liquor Board. Most of them were about noise. Here are the bars that received the most complaint calls.

Timothy Dean Bistro (20 complaints)

Tie: Roots Unlimited and Red Maple Bar (18 complaints)

Spirits Tavern (17 complaints)

Chubbies (14 complaints)

Looney's Pub (13 complaints)

Club Confetti (12 complaints)

Kitty Kat Bar (10 complaints)

Tie: Heath Street Pub, Mustang Inn, Sid's Tavern, Pols Café, Golden Lounge (9 complaints)
