The Most Hooked-Up Bike For Getting Around the City Ever

No disrespect to our city intended, but Baltimore is a special place for bicyclists, a wonderland of broken bottles, rock-throwing kids, serial bike thieves, bike-rack no man's lands, iffy blocks, pissy distracted drivers, and probably a bunch of sinister stuff we haven't personally experienced yet. Unless you're keeping to the avenues of Federal Hill, some special outfitting is in order. Some of this is tongue-in-cheek, sure, but you'd be wise to be a bit more prepared than usual on a Baltimore street adventure. Beyond the usual air pump, patch kit, wrenches, tire levers, and spare tube, here are some ideas.
