Itís 7:30 in the evening on Jan. 11, and the Nose is walking west on West Baltimore Street, across Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. At the intersection of Fremont Avenue and West Baltimore, in the shadows of the UMB BioParkís first, nearly completed building, sits the Silver Moon Restaurant.
