We don't know what the "JBR" stands for in JBR Red Parrot (3605 W. Rogers Ave., [410] 542-9875), but to us that first initial will always mean "jerk"—as in jerk chicken, as in the best in town. Generously spiced (you'll want a cold ginger beer along with) and just juicy enough. The service can leave something to be desired, but you'll forgive a lot with that first incendiary bite.
