Christ Church, 117 E. Main St., Stevensville, (410) 643-5921. Founded in 1631, this church houses the oldest established congregation in the state.
Train Station Museum, 101 Linden St., Suderville, (410) 438-3501. This train station has been preserved as a museum devoted to railroad history.
Wright's Chance, 119 S. Commerce St., Centreville, (410) 604-2100. Early plantation house was restored by the Queen Anne's County Historical Society and features a collection of Chippendale and Hepplewhite furniture along with Canton china.

Kent Island Cup Maryland Outrigger Challenge, 1 p.m. Sept. 2-3, (410) 643-1306. Outrigger canoe teams from many states compete in a variety of challenging races in the waters surrounding the grounds of the Kent Island Yacht Club.
